Shipping
Domestic Orders
- All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA
- Orders may take 3 to 5 business days to process. Once your orders has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered
- Shipping fees and timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. COMMISSION is not liable to refund any shipping costs unless the order is canceled before the order is shipped.
Signature Required
- Signature is required on all shipments above $100.
- The above processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on commissiondesigns.com; costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices reflect U.S. currency. Premium orders are delivered via our courier, all other orders are shipped by UPS.
- All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at the time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.
