Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Process your return online or contact Client Services: To process your return online, click the 'Start A Return Now' link above or email Customer Service at cs@commissiondesings.com
- Item(s) must be sent back in original/saleable condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and free from any odors.
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging along with all tags still attached and with the original receipt. Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact.
- Put the pre-paid label, included within your order, on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box.
- Deliver your package to prompted carrier printed on your return label generated at the completion of your return.
- If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
- Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to COMMISSION.
- We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON ALL SALE ITEMS.
- Please be aware all international orders (outside USA) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country.
